Over the next decade, he picked up plumbing basics, electrical rough-in, drywall finishing, and exterior work — not from a course, but from doing it alongside people who'd been doing it for thirty years. ILM Handyman launched in 2013 with no advertising budget and one goal: do work good enough that the last customer calls the next one.
Marcus runs his business on a short set of rules: show up when you say you will, give an honest number before you touch anything, and if something isn't right, come back and fix it without an argument.
